Sportsmen's 50/50 Drawing

1. THE RAFFLE

1. Tickets are sold online via the official raffle page (the “Website”). Each ticket has a unique number.
2. Ticket sales end at September 13th, 2025, at 4:30 PM EDT (or another time specified by the Sponsor on the Website).
3. The winning ticket will be randomly selected shortly after sales close and posted on the Website.
4. The holder of the winning ticket wins 50% of the Net Proceeds (total ticket sales minus raffle-related expenses). The remaining 50% supports the Sponsor’s charitable efforts.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Raffle is open only to natural persons who (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase and (b) are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in charitable raffles of this type is lawful at that moment. The Raffle is void where prohibited, including, but not limited to Arizona, Hawaii and Utah, and each purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in their location. Void where prohibited by law.

The following are not eligible to enter or win:

1. Platform Partner Personnel — any employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of the third-party platform that supplies, hosts, or administers the electronic ticketing and/or drawing system.
2. Drawing Personnel — any individual who (i) programs, configures, or operates the random-drawing mechanism; (ii) has administrative or audit-level access to that system; or (iii) verifies or certifies winning numbers.
3. Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any person described in items 1–2.
4. Non-natural entities, including corporations, partnerships, trusts, and similar organizations.

Clarification. Volunteers or employees of participating establishments who merely promote or sell tickets—whether by sharing the purchase link or processing transactions on devices provided by the Platform Partner—and who are not Drawing Personnel, remain eligible to purchase tickets and win prizes, provided they meet the age and locality requirements above.

3. ENTRY & TICKETS

1. To enter, agree to these Official Rules and purchase tickets online in one of the available bundles (e.g., 3 ticket/$5, 10/$10, 100/$25, 250/$50, 1000/$100, 1820/$100). Additional bundles may be offered and limited.
2. Tickets purchased during an active Raffle Period are final sale — no refunds or replacements.
3. Tickets purchased via automated scripts or containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.
4. Participants must enable geolocation; if your location cannot be verified, the purchase will be declined.

4. DRAWING

1. A random ticket is selected from all valid entries during the Raffle Period.
2. Drawing occurs on September 13th, 2025, at 4:30 PM EDT at Red Men Tribe #84 and the winning number will be posted online and announced at the event.
3. All sponsor decisions are final.

5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

1. The winner must contact the Sponsor and submit the winning ticket within 30 days of the drawing, Sponsor-designated representative.
2. Required: valid ID (to confirm age), W‑9 form, and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release.
3. Disqualification or failure to comply within 30 days results in forfeiture; Sponsor may choose a replacement winner.
4. Prize (check for 50% of Net Proceeds) will be sent within 45 days of receipt of all required documents. No cash or direct deposit.
5. Unclaimed prizes are retained for charitable purposes.

6. ODDS

1. Odds depend on the total number of tickets sold.

7. TAXES

1. The prize is considered taxable income by the IRS.
2. The winner is responsible for all taxes; applicable withholding will be collected at prize distribution.

8. TRANSFER & RESALE

1. Tickets cannot be resold. Any resale voids the ticket and disqualifies the holder.
2. Only verified ticket holders are eligible to claim the prize.

9. LICENSE TO USE LIKENESS

1. By entering or claiming, Participants grant Sponsor permission to use photographs or likenesses for any promotional, advertising, or commercial purpose without compensation.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS

1. By entering or winning, participants release Sponsor, the Club, 3 Seconds Creative, Fanthem Inc. and others from liability related to participation or prize acceptance, including injury, taxes, negligence, technical failures, or errors in ticketing.
2. Any ticket tampering or malfeasance will lead to disqualification and may involve criminal prosecution.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

1. Governed by Maryland law.
2. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes must be filed in state or federal court in Washington County, MD.
3. Sponsors’ liability is capped at the prize’s value.

12. TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION

1. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle or ticket sales at its sole discretion, if needed, for integrity or operational reasons.
